Having made this chair as part of the Bodging Millano project from green wood William Warren returned to his studio and developed his sunray chair
A traditionally constructed Windsor chair where the spindles in the back do not run into the seat block, but instead fan out from the lower back rail giving a sun rise effect. William Warren has a furniture and product design consultancy and is a Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University and he also lectures in Kingston University, Goldsmiths College, Camberwell College of Art and Central Saint Martins.
