John Paul has just finished his HND at Fife College and part of his final show was his reinterpretation of George Nelson's Marshmallow Sofa of 1956 which was originally steel and plastic and reinterpreted it using wood and upholstery.
John Paul's work in his final year has been very focused on upholstery using upcycled scraps of fabric to create patchwork designs.
