Recently when I visited Portugal, I discovered Nerve Design at LX Factory Lisbon. Nerve Design uses recycled beach combed materials to create their unique furniture and interiors. The team of designers, carpenters and craftsmen use their skills to enhance and retain the character of their materials whilst adapting them to their new role.
