Tom Hucker trained at
Boston University (Program in Artisanry)where he met his mentor Jere Osgood from this Scandinavian influence and Thomas's interest in the Japanese tea ceremony led to a unique fusion and interpretation of aesthetics. Following on from his training he attended the
Domus Academy in Milan, this era of study focused on concepts as a means of generating design.
Recently attended a Seminar by Thomas Hucker presented by The MN Woodworkers Guild. "Thomas Hucker cracked my Egg!" which is my metaphor for how he added to and changed my perspective! A really genuine man who lives his craft!
