Ana Maria Pacheco is a painter, printer and sculptor whose carved wooden works have great drama and theatre. Above are images from Ana's 32ft polychromed wooden boat called 'The longest Journey' pictured here at Salisbury Cathedral.
From today until the 6th of September it is being displayed at
Norwich Cathedral, which is a fantastic Cathedral to visit not only for this fantastic sculpture but also because of the wonderful carved
stone roof bosses (see below) of which there are over 1000.
