Andrew Wood

Andrew Wood is an Australian Sculptor who delights in the native woods of his continent, such a Iron Wood and Red Gum, and in the nature of their survival and phoenix like characteristics of rebirth from fire, hence a lot of his work has titles involving the words flame and fire. He often uses thin pieces of wood which he bends, burns and distorts.
