Scottish Furniture Makers Exhibition: Jack Roots

Yesterday we took HND, HNC and NC students to Glasgow to see the annual Scottish Furniture Makers Exhibition which was rich with wonderful examples of fine Scottish craftsmanship, design and talent.
Jack Roots kindly lead a question and answer session afterwards for the students.

Scottish Furniture Design Exhibition 2011

Twenty students from Adam Smith Furniture courses managed to see the Scottish Furniture Design Exhibition at the Dovecot Edinburgh. Students and staff benefited greatly from having Jonathan Rose and Jack Roots to talk about their work, and the work of Scottish Furniture Designers.
